APPLICATIONS

Used in an industrial system to control the flow of fresh air in a duct. It regulates and controls the air volume passing through the system, such as in air intakes or outlets.

Suitable only for clean gases. For flow regulation and emission control. To optimize and ensure industrial ventilation.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Robust and stable construction. A through-shaft where the blade is welded along the entire shaft and reinforced by blade stiffeners. No screwed parts in the duct that could cause problems over time.

    • Ball bearings in S235 on both sides of each shaft, directly attached to the damper housing.
    • The choice of materials for the housing, blades, and flanges depends on several factors, such as temperature, corrosive environments, or wear. Materials can be mixed, for example, different materials for the housing and blades.
    • Blade sealing available in, for example, steel vs steel, PTFE, Fiberglass, Silicone, etc.
    • Flanges are manufactured according to your specifications or using our or other known standards in the market.
    • We design according to your needs, in almost all alloys.
