APPLICATIONS

Louvre damper or multi-vanes dampers controls air flow. It controls the air volume passing through the system, such as in air intakes or outlets. Features a square or rectangular body with multiple interconnected louvers.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Durable and reliable structure. A through-shaft where the blade is welded along the entire shaft and reinforced by blade stiffeners. No threaded parts in the duct that could cause problems over time.

- Ball bearings in S235 on both sides of each shaft, directly attached to the damper housing. No stuffing box.
- The choice of materials for the housing, blades, and flanges depends on several factors, such as temperature, corrosive environments, or wear. Materials can be mixed, for example, different materials for the housing and blades.
- Blade sealing available in, for example, steel vs steel, PTFE, Fiberglass, Silicone, etc.
