APPLICATIONS

Used in an industrial system to control the flow in a duct or chimney. It regulates and controls the volume of flue gases passing through the system, such as in a combustion furnace, heating plant, or smelting plant. Used when ducts need to be completely closed off to prevent gas contamination.

Suitable for clean gases as well as gases with a high particulate content. For temperature regulation and emission control. To optimize and ensure combustion. To meet environmental standards.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Robust and stable construction. A through-shaft where the blade is welded along the entire shaft and reinforced by blade stiffeners. With a sealing air valve linked to the shaft, only one actuator is needed. By pressing air in between the blades, a clean air barrier is created.

    • Stainless steel stuffing box, and with double ball bearings in S235 as standard for S200. One stuffing box and ball bearing in S235 for S150.
    • -D, two parallel shafts
    • -DT, two blades on one shaft offer a shorter construction length.
    • The choice of materials for the housing, blades, and flanges depends on several factors, such as temperature, corrosive environments, or wear. Materials can be mixed, for example, different materials for the housing and blades.
    • Blade sealing available in materials like steel vs steel, PTFE, Fiberglass, Silicone, Viton, etc.
    • Flanges are manufactured according to your specifications or using our or other known standards in the market.
    • We design according to your needs, in almost all alloys.
